TrinFit exists to help women build strength, confidence, and resilience—physically, mentally, and spiritually—so they can show up fully for themselves, their families, and their communities. Our mission is to cultivate a culture where women train for capability, health, and longevity.

Hi, I’m Trin. I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer with experience in various styles of fitness– collegiate volleyball, Crossfit, bodybuilding, and endurance training. I help women build strength, confidence, and resilience through customized resistance training programs and holistic support. I believe fitness should be functional, fun, challenging, and purposeful, helping you to show up stronger and more confident for yourself, your family, and your community. Currently, I’m expanding my expertise as a Women’s Coaching Specialist with Girls Gone Strong.

Whether you’re starting this journey or several years in, I’m here to help you feel strong, capable, and encouraged.
